Myllykoski Paper's Certificates
The first quality management system was certified in 1995. The environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard was accredited in 1999 inside the quality system.
The Chain of Custody of wood raw material (PEFC) was certified in 2001.
In 2003 all management systems were combined into an operational management system according to the new quality management standard ISO 9000:2000.
The occupational health and safety system was certified according to the OHSAS 18001 standard in 2006, and the chain of custody for wood procurement (FSC) in 2007.
EMAS registration and certificate was awarded 2008. EMAS (the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) is a voluntary environmental management
and auditing scheme based on EU regulation (EC) No. 761/2001.
The operational management system is electronically available for the staff in the company's intranet.
