Myllykoski Executive Board Appointments

Helsinki, November 2nd 2009 –The Myllykoski Board of Directors has on October 30 approved the following appointments to the Executive Board.

Jukka Pahta, CFO is appointed deputy to Sverre Norrgård, President & CEO.

Wolfgang Bucher is appointed to the Executive Board as Vice President Sales Operations.

Klemens Gottstein joins the Executive Board as Executive Vice President Operations Myllykoski Europe.

Henrik Björnberg, Executive Vice President Marketing & Business Development will, in addition to his current Marketing responsibility, also be responsible for the area of Business Development.

Robert Olah, President Myllykoski North America will, in addition to his present responsibilities also be in charge of group-wide Sourcing.

These appointments and adjustments are effective as of November 2nd.
